Source of Complaints

a)Applications/Complaints received through higher offices i.e. President House/ Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Auditor General, Wafaqi Mohtasib, M.A.G., CCMA and GHQ etc.
b) Applications received directly from pensioners.
c) Personal Visit of Pensioners.

Receiving of Complaints

CMA (P) has a One Window Operation to solve the complaints of pensioners. Pensioners who visit personally are treated with honor in this section. One Window Operation has the responsibility to resolve the issue as soon as possible preferably on the same day. Every effort is being made to resolve the problem of the pensioners. In this connection besides the Complaint and Guidance Cell of the M.A.G. a “Complaint Cell" has been established in the office to guide, watch and get the problems of pensioners settled within the shortest possible time.
